All the essential news to get informed on the start line
of the Gran Fondo del Conero CINELLI of the SENZA FRETTA
(“Without a Hurry); to read it not at a run 'but
without a hurry'
THE
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF THE GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI
ASD organizes on Sunday, 14th March 2010 the GRAN FONDO
DEL CONERO CINELLI OF THE SENZA FRETTA (“Without
a Hurry”) a cycle-touring event of long-distance
and great long-distance opened to all those who turned 15
( fifteen) years old of both sexes, regularly subscribed
to the FCI, UISP, UDACE and to all other institutions, being
in order with the membership 2010 and to foreigners regularly
subscribed to the corresponding Federations or Associations
of their own nation. From the age of 15 (fifteen) until
18 (eighteen) and over 70 (seventy) the participation is
allowed only for the medium long-distance routes (90km)
and BICI & CALICI (“Cycles & Goblets”)
(50km). For those who have no cycling card, with an overprice
of € 5.00 on the admission fee, it will be issued a
card with daily validity (as per FCI procedure)
Subscriptions will open from 1st January 2010.

With the registration form, the competitor declares
to be in possession of the doctor’s certificate, according
to the M.D. of 18/02/82, in possession of valid card, insurance
against third party and to have read this Regulation. The
participant also gives consent for the use of his own data,
according to the Privacy Law 675 of 31/12/1996. The same
applies to those who submit the form online, by letter,
email or fax.
Registration to the Gran Fondo del Conero CINELLI OF THE
SENZA FRETTA ("Without a Hurry") must be enrolled
within 13th March 2010. (Registrations in the morning
of 14th March 2010 will not be accepted).
The registration fee for the paths of Km 90 and Km 135
is of € 10.00 without any price increase.
Membership also entitles you to participate in BICI &
CALICI (“Cycles & Goblets”) of 13th March
2010 (maintaining the same racing bib and pack)
The disabled do not pay the subscription fee.
DISCOUNTS ACCUMULATED TO OTHER DISCOUNTS:
All participants taking part to the GRAN FONDO ITALIA SITTAM
2009 of Carpi who enroll by 28th February 2010 will get
a discount of € 1.00.
DISCOUNTS NOT ACCUMULATED TO OTHER DISCOUNTS:
Society discounts: from 10-15 members will have a discount
of € 1.00 per participant
from 16-20 members will have a discount of € 1.50 per
participant
from 21-25 members will have a discount of € 2.00 per
participant
from 26 and up members will have a discount of € 3.00
per participant
Bici Club members discount of € 2.00 (not to be accumulated
discount)
Registrations will be accepted only if complete with the
required data (name, surname, date of birth, address, card
number, company code, institution, belonging organization)
and accompanied by the payment of participation fees.

From 12th March 2010, starting from 4pm, the Gran Fondo
del Conero CINELLI Administrative Office will be held at
CONERO VILLAGE c/o Cavour Square in Ancona for the latest
subscriptions. On Saturday 13th March from 9am to 7pm and
on Sunday 14th March from 7am.
The withdrawal of registration envelopes and race packages
starts from Saturday 13th March 2010 at the CONERO VILLAGE
from 9am to 7pm.
The start is at will between 7.30 and 8.30 am at Piazza
Cavour in Ancona, in
all weather conditions.
NOTE: Participants at the GRAN FONDO
DEL CONERO CINELLI of the SENZA FRETTA (“Without a
Hurry") will start at will between 7.30 and 8.30 am.
For them we will set up a special area of "SENZA FRETTA
DEPARTURE" where we will put on the starting check
on their personal participation card.
Taking part to the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI of the
SENZA FRETTA doesn’t mean you have to go slowly, it
simply means that you have no hurry to cross the finish
line, in order to enjoy all the opportunities that the GRAN
FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI of the SENZA FRETTA offers along
the way: from refreshments to landscapes, from safely cycling
to the pleasure of being together. Also due to this participating
way, the speed remains free, though bound to the respect
of the Highway Code.
There isn’t a time limit itself, but for all the arrival
is in Corso Garibaldi and it should be within 4pm for both
routes (km 90-km 135).
The number of competitors at the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO
CINELLI of the SENZA FRETTA (“Without a Hurry”)
will be added, for the company ranking, to those of the
same company taking part to the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI
AGONISTICS.
It will be drawn up an arrival order, not a ranking for
both routes.
Crash-helmet is mandatory, failure to comply will result
in disqualification from competition.
Intersections will be controlled by the organization
and a medical health service will be guaranteed through
four itinerant ambulances along the route and one stationary
ambulance at the finish line.
A SAG-wagon service will start working for both routes and
for the longer route an additional one will be available
at about three hours from the first ones: after which some
other minor crossings will not be covered by such service;
both provided by the organization.
A free and itinerant mechanical assistance will be active
too (excluding spare parts), made available by COPPARO
CICLI Via Gigli, 3-Ancona.
For the last competitors, the last refreshments point will
be itinerant on the SAG-wagon;
There will be stationary and movable emergency radio points
linked with other assistances organized by the Sporting
Group of Capodarco.
A showers service will be available at the Dorico Stadium
in Viale della Vittoria, in Ancona and Palasport Palaveneto
in Via Vittorio Veneto.
Societies vehicles will be allowed, with at least five competitors
entered, with appropriate identification issued by the Organization.
The award ceremony and the Pasta Party (also open to escorts,
€ 5 ) will be at
Piazza Cavour in Ancona starting from 12,30am.
The road signs will be colored as follows: the long
route (Km135) will show indications placed in red color,
the short one (90 km) in blue color. In case of colors’
alternation, both routes will pass in that path. Directions
to find the meeting-place, the showers, the race pack collection,
the administrative office, etc ... are marked in yellow
color.
Rules: for what not provided in this regulation applies
the regulation and general rules issued by the Amateur Structure
of FCI and UISP.
The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE of the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI
ASD disclaim all responsibility for itself and its partners,
for any accident or damages to persons or property which
may occur before, during and after the event or due to it.
We reserve the right to disqualify the athletes who will
have a misconduct before, during and after the event. All
competitors are imperatively required to observe the rules
laid down by the Highway Code because the path is open to
traffic.
IMPORTANT:The GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI of the
SENZA FRETTA (“Without a Hurry”) is and
remains a cycle-touring meeting where everyone can proceed
with its own pace admiring the beautiful landscape the route
provides.
