If the main goal for next spring
is the Granfondo del Conero Cinelli then you should start
to program it in advance in order to avoid those hasty preparations
that are often destined to fail. Indeed, only month after
month you can build those organic and muscular abilities
designed to stand the strength required to achieve the maximum
goal!
From mid-December strength training:
A TYPICAL WEEK FROM MID-DECEMBER
Monday: discharge or rest
Tuesday: session on Rotopress (see programme)
Wednesday: free session on a varied route, insert at least
an up-slope
Thursday: session on Rotopress
on 25th January 2010, we start the
7 weeks!
A TYPICAL WEEK
Monday: discharge or rest
Tuesday: 2 repeated floor sessions of Forza&Ossigeno,
1 in up-slope (see below)
Wednesday: free session of 10 minutes with Mask (respiratory
regional training)
Thursday: 2 repeated floor sessions of Forza&Ossigeno,
2 in up-slope
Friday: rest, massage, sauna
Saturday: free session of 10 minutes with Mask
Sunday: road long-distance ride, 3 - 4 hours
