ANCONA, 13th March 2010

All the essential news to get informed on the start line of the BICI & CALICI; to read it not at a run 'but without a hurry'

The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF THE GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI ASD organizes on Saturday 13th March 2010 BICI & CALICI, a cycle-touring event opened to all those who turned 15 (fifteen) years old of both sexes, regularly subscribed to the FCI, UISP, UDACE and to all other institutions, being in order with the membership 2010 and to foreigners regularly subscribed to the corresponding Federations or Associations of their own nation. For those who have no cycling card, with an overprice of € 5 on the admission fee, it will be issued a card with daily validity (as per FCI procedure)
Registrations will open from 1st January 2010.

We kindly remind you that in case you don’t choose the online payment (with credit cards Visa Mastercard, PostePay, PayPal) you can however fill out the form on the website www.sporticket.it (click on sporticket then on cycling registrations and therefore GF del Conero) and then send the payment only, mentioning in the reason for payment the name of the member.

With the registration form, the competitor declares to be in possession of the doctor’s certificate, according to the M.D. of 18/02/82, in possession of valid card, insurance against third party and to have read this Regulation. The participant also gives his/her consent for the use of personal data, according to the Privacy Law 675 of 31/12/1996. The same applies to those who submit individually their registration either by form, by letter, by fax or (to be determined).
The BICI & CALICI registrations will close in the afternoon of 13th March 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

The registration fee for BICI & CALICI 50 Km is of € 10.00 without any price increase and also entitles you to participate in the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI DEI SENZA FRETTA – 93-135Km (maintaining the same racing bib and pack)

The differently abled do not pay the subscription fee.

DISCOUNTS ACCUMULATED TO OTHER DISCOUNTS:
All participants taking part to the GRAN FONDO ITALIA SITTAM who enroll by 28th February 2010 will get a discount of € 1.00.

DISCOUNTS NOT ACCUMULATED TO OTHER DISCOUNTS:
Society discounts: from 10-15 members will have a discount of € 1.00 per participant
from 16-20 members will have a discount of € 1.50 per participant
from 21-25 members will have a discount of € 2.00 per participant
from 26 and up members will have a discount of € 3.00 per participant
Bici Club members discount of € 2.00 (not to be accumulated discount)

Registrations will be accepted only if completed with the required data (name, surname, date of birth, address, card number, company code, institution, belonging society) and accompanied by the payment of participation fees.

From 12th March 2010, starting from 4 p.m., the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI Administrative Office will be held at CONERO VILLAGE c/o Piazza Cavour in Ancona for the latest subscriptions and the collection of the race packs, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The collection of race packs starts from Friday 12th March 2010 at the CONERO VILLAGE, in Piazza Cavour from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The start is at will between 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. from Corso Garibaldi in Ancona, in all weather conditions.

ATTENTION, PLEASE: Participants at the BICI & CALICI will start at will between 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. For them we will set up a special area of "SENZA FRETTA DEPARTURE" where we will put on the starting check on their personal participation card.
Taking part to the BICI & CALICI doesn’t mean you have to go slowly, it simply means that you have no hurry to cross the finish line, in order to enjoy all the opportunities that the BICI & CALICI offers along the way: from refreshments to landscapes, from safely cycling to the pleasure of being together. Also due to this participating way, the speed remains free, though bound to the respect of the Highway Code.

The arrival is for all in Piazza Cavour within 6.00 p.m.

ATTENTION, PLEASE: For competitors at the path of the BICI & CALICI the arrival time is within 6 p.m.

Crash-helmet is mandatory, failure to comply will result in disqualification.

Intersections will not be controlled. A SAG-wagon service will be available.

A showers service will be available at the Palasport Palaveneto in Via Vottorio Veneto in Ancona.
Society vehicles will be allowed, with at least five competitors registered, with appropriate identification issued by the Organization.

We will award the farthest and the oldest athlete.

We will award the first 10 companies with the greatest number of participants and with a minimum of 5 members. The Pasta Party will take place at the CONERO VILLAGE in Ancona starting from 7.00 p.m.
Rules: for what not provided in this regulation applies the regulation and general rules issued by the Amateur Structure of FCI and UISP. .

The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE of the GRAN FONDO DEL CONERO CINELLI ASD disclaim all responsibility for itself and its partners, for any accident or damages to persons or property which may occur before, during and after the event or due to it.
We reserve the right to disqualify the athletes who will have a misconduct before, during and after the event. All competitors are imperatively required to observe the rules laid down by the Highway Code because the path is open to traffic.
